Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to find out whether it is used for its intended purpose, to request its correction or deletion and the notification of this to third parties, to request that processing be restricted, to object, and to claim compensation for damages.

8. Security Measures

MA Clay Studio applies technical and administrative measures such as access control, encryption, regular backups, security updates and staff training. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed for data transmitted over the internet.
